Jake,

That's a great idea, maybe BRP would make a Vandelay edition SeaDoo, the only problem is which logo to use???

Lou

Ocod,

Here's the two paints I used, I used the Rust-Oleum John Deere Yellow on the 96GTI and the 96XP, and the Krylon Fuson Yellow on the 96GSX, the Krylon is a shade or two lighter, the Rust-Oleum is a dead on match.

Hey Lou, Did you hear about this?

Kentucky dad leaves baby in grocery cart

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. — Police say a central Kentucky father trying to load groceries and his three children into a vehicle after a shopping trip forgot one thing — his 6-month-old infant.

It happened Tuesday at a Kroger in Jessamine County, WLEX-TV reported. The father left the baby in a grocery cart after unloading everything else and drove away.

A few minutes later, a couple found the baby and took the child back into the store to call police.

Nicholasville police officer Kevin Grimes says the father quickly figured out what he forgot and also called police while turning around to get back to the store.

Grimes says the man was "totally distraught" about the mistake. He says no charges will be filed, but the case will be handed over to social services.

SDB, this is big news, should be on it's own thread.

Actually Nicholasville is just a few miles from us, it's on the way to the lake, I know Kevin, he's got a SeaDoo we rode together last summer.

I didn't leave the baby in the cart... Haven't bought one of those in a long time. Gertrude (daughter) was just accepted to college pre med program. Son Homer is 4 years behind.... Even if I would leave them in the cart they would find thier way home.... Believe me... I've tried!

Deer repair on daughters car should be fixed and have car back tomorrow... She's put my truck (manual trans) in the ditch already... want her back in her car soon!!!! Actually, she's getting better at driving it. Only problem is she's so petite that she has to use her purse behind her back so she can reach the pedals... and the seat is all the way forward! Here's a funny one. Last night coming home from town, she was in the passenger seat the the Air Bag Off light came on! She don't weigh enough to have the air bag on!!! We both looked at eachother and started laughing!!!!

Sink - you need to start feeding her some meat and taters, instead of just turnip and mustard greens.
Maybe Sis can tell her how to put some weight on her bones.

Avatar, after long thought, and since the Vandelay incident has passed, I've decided on a new avatar, it's Jake and I in high school, too bad we never graduated.

Lou, we was pretty big fer the 3rd grade. Those 6 years were fun. Funny though how they had to git a new 3rd grade teacher every year.

After the UK / St. Johns game last night there wasn't much on TV, so I started flipping through the channels, there was a new episode of Beavis and Butthead on about a rat. It was hilarious, my wife came in and wanted to know what was so funny, she failed to see the humor, go figure.

my sister (the other sister, not Sis) wotks at a law firm. I used to mess with the receptionist when I called there for my sister.

When the receptionist asked who was calling, one time I said Beavis, another time I said my name was Buck Naked. I thought Mike Hunt might be pushing it too far.
