dam scammers....
I have an ad posted and of course within two hours of posting the listing I received excited inquiries of people that want to buy it right away...

I reply with answers and of course, I get this.. twice from two different emails...

pick-up at your location after you had receive funds and i can only
pay through paypal for now as i have no access to my bank account
online but i have it linked to my paypal so you can leave your paypal

gotta q for you seadoo gurus, so my 97 gsx is ready to roll, the guy said the speedo will say like 40, then 0, then like 35 or something, I'm picking it up tomorrow, just curious if the speedo on these things act up, or is it based on throttle or something? or is it supposed to go up and down smoothly like a car?

It's nothing more than a paddle wheel spun by the water passing by, makes sure it freewheels real good. It's a fixed unit so I don't think you can move tha paddle wheel closer to the pick up. They're not real accurate either.

i broke in a 97 xp on Wednesday, according to the speedo i was bouncing between 10mph and 40mph during most of the break in .. quite honestly its a worthless thing anyway, the only thing the speedo gauge does is keeps water from coming into the hull thru the whole that seadoo cut there. Its not accurate, but its close enough at lower speeds, just no good at WOT.

Is it a digital gauge? Or is it a needle like a car? Either way it's still a paddle wheel and probably tight. I had one that got a few pieces of sand in it before and it wouldn't spin.

Dude, just judge the speed by the tears running out of the corners of your eyes. The more tears you got the faster your going. And don't cheat, bugs in the eyes are an unfair way of judging speed! LOL

i think it was ocod, who was the one who is able to post ads, but he said highlight it with your mac, drag it into your desktop, and then drag that into when you are attaching photos, i've never been able to get the pics in

Thank you. The first ski in that pic is my #1. Most of the skis behind it are fixed and sold and I now have twice as many freshly bought ones that need love.

lmao so true, when i first bought my xp i couldn't draw a drop from the eyes.. now I can do it anytime the tears kick in somewhere around 56 mph

OT question for nam.. did you do tutoring for Calc or Chem as a freshman at UF or wing it.... (i've got a stubborn kid)

hey spim, i never did any tutoring, of course UF being the great party school it is, there are lot of those tutoring centers that you pay and they give you notes, like smoking notes/teaching zone/ tutoring train, not sure if they're still around (I know smoking notes is), but there was the broward teaching center on campus that was free. I did visit them a few times because they gave you old tests calc tests. Not sure if they did chem.

i didn't really go often cause i was too lazy to stay caught up, but I personally think office hours, whether it is TA or professor is a really good resource, cause they're kinda there to teach to the test, and it's free, they get to know you personally, so if subjective treatment is needed........and if you need a letter of rec, they actually know you.
