turn their Visions into Reality !!

My Hat is off to You Guy's , Your Art is AWESOME !!

Thanks for those Dan , wow those are right in the flood zone...lol... I don`t think it`s worth it to move mine right now. I could def make that plate ,mount and extend/shorten some wiring, I just don`t think it is necc...
interesting tho for sure...;)

LOL, Looks like Racerxxx beat me to the punch. I'm not sure they are directly in the flood zone, but more like on the same level as the battery shelf with drain troughs lower. Anyway...if you decide to do something different it will be good.
Good luck.

We had a good day today!
The Shiba`s took me out to Famous Daves for lunch for my BD. They love BBQ!:lols: we usually tailgate, but the weather was cold so we sat in the Cruiser.
Then after we came back from our walk there were a few goodies UPS left behind. A 12V fuel pump to prime the fuel system in the boat and then can later be used to siphon fuel, no more hose sucking! hahaha, then Summit had a clearance of a few tools, so never can have enough tools, grabbed a set of 14 ratcheting wrenches. The tire carrier arrived, and we then assembled the George Forman Grill, :hurray::cheers:

Happy BD Guest_User. Was going to share some of my horror stories from my boat's PO, but since it is your BD, I'll save it for another time.

Thanks rjcress for the great start of my day, put a nice smile on my old face.

:) Glad you had a great b-day. :) Love the FJ.

Holy smokes! I had to rob a bank for these, and UPS shipping is out of control...

well anyways, the speedo wheel repair kit. the bushings for the steering cable ends and correct washers, and a few drink/cup holders.

maybe the weather will be nice enough to adjust the steering and do some small work...

Interesting. I removed my speedo so I could get the jet pump off and am thinking that I won't put it back on. I can get gps speed off of my phone, if I need it. Although, once I'm caught up on everything else I may put it back on so there won't be a hole staring at me on the ride plate. :) Will have to re-wire it though, as the PO butched the speedo wiring. I had initially thought I'd just get a new speedo and not worry with redoing the wiring, but saw what they cost and decided against it. All I really need to know is if I'm planing or going at no wake speed. I can tell that without the gauge. :)

I found the cup holders at Wally world for $2.50.

Ive thought about mounting a spare on the tongue since most the lakes i goto are 2-3 hours away. Im always afraid it will hang too low for some of the ramps i use. Im curious to see how this does for you.

The spare looks great. It does look very close to the boat hull. You think it is too close, or is the position of the tire what you are not feeling?

So ground clearance when hooked to the FJ could possibly be an issue when backing down the boat ramp??
Too bad your trailer doesn't have a longer tongue. The trailer that my boat sits on has a long tongue and will support a spare tire carrier, but it is a PITA to get it in the "man cave." So as we say in the South "Six of one and a half a dozen of the other." LOL

I am anxious to see how you make out at the boat ramp. GL

Beautiful Dogs !!

She'll luv the boat , My dogs were in the boat as soon as it hit the water....
If I docked anywhere they wouldn't leave the boat and that was just my
14 ft. aluminum fihing boat.... As soon as I said fish on my one dog would
jump to life , watch the catch and try to hold the fish down so I could get
the hook out.... lol....

Beautiful Dogs , I don't believe I've ever seen one before , Kool !!

You are doing an awesome job on your boat !!

Mixed up 15 gallons of premix using Amsoil Interceptor and put in the boat. WOW! I was really impressed with how this little 12V fuel pump primed the fuel system... about 15 seconds of it being on, it pulled the fuel thru the Racor`s and out the hose into the fuel can. Times 2. Now I have the fuel system complete and hooked up with fuel right at the Mikuni fuel pumps... Squirted a shot of storage oil in the cylinders and will spin them over at another time...

The suspense is killing me...will you get her cranked already!!!! LOL :)
