Not attempting to hijack, but which pump are you speaking of? I'm assuming you're talking about the Jet Pump, but I didn't know if you were talking about the oil pump or not lol. It's got a block off kit so I'll have to premix.

Man, that's one sick looking ski. Shame it got parted out. Anyone know what happened to it?
 
Thanks Nick. I'm going to look it up because I want to see if Exotic Signs can make some stars like it has to go on my ski. I need some better pics though.

Looks good rosie, the decals from pwcgraphics look good. Now all that is left is a nice stencil kit from Dr Honda to touch up the seat stencil. What are you doing with your pump? I notice it is out.

Thanks goodies . Notice how it's different from what I sent you ? And yes I do need that stencil from Doc. The pump was out because I sent my XO off to impros to get repaired .
Also I just ordered an R&D nozzle . Got my turf installed today now waiting for sponsons.
And have to put my XP decal on the black part of my hood .
 
Sure did, I knew it was going to be layered vinyl. For the price it is good. What kind of Turf did you get? Looks like you should be set for spring riding. It was 60 here today and everyone was outside, summer is soooooo close.
 
Hey guys! Been a little while.. Anyways I am looking for a OEM carb rebuild kit? Where's the best place to get them? Secondly Does anyone have or know anyone (1998 spx) a full umi set up for-sale? Any help would be great!

Also i forgot to ask! Will 1996XP/ SPX Beach House Sponsons fit on my 98 spx??

I bought mine from Parkeryamaha. Also ordered OEM needles & Seats.
SBT doesn't have OEM but their parts are built to OEM specs.

yes, but note: its a bit of a project, the old foam has to come out, and you need some washers on the inside. so its not just a bolt on bolt of thing, unless you want to rip part of the hull off during a hard turn.

It's not that bad; it can be done in one night. Get a hot knife to cut out the foam in nice pieces so you can re-insert it after you're done. Some 2" washers on the inside work well.

I have the R&D 85/88 nozzle/steering combo. Bought it used in the classified on here or pwctoday i forget which.... My personal feeling is i get more power everywhere even though i was told i would lose lowend. I didn't get a xo impeller but would if i ever get a pipe. For now its a great addition and i have a brand new wearing and proKs (jetted accordingly) The R&D tabs cleaned up my choppy water bounce too. The jersey shore is a mess after sandy hit, the ski will be out but the boat should stay docked, so many cars, houses, and crap in the bay...

I am making carb bolt kits to get rid of the stock phillips heads that strip out. I have stainless steel socket cap bolts to replace them, check this out,

Got black hydro-turf with the old die cut logo( i like the white lettering), installed it this past Sunday. Ill get some pics tomorrow. The forecast is 80 degrees for this weekend, but she wont be back together for at least another couple of weeks.

They are $125 at pwcgraphics.com they are the razor setup, rosie had them change the xp and the font for the bottom. If you get just one color they are $95. it is just layered vinyl though. It is not printed graphics

Has anyone ever heard of "HGT Products" ? The reason i ask is because that sticker was on my ski when i got it. But when i do a google on it i get no results? Anyone chime in?

They are the biggest PWC parts distributer...you have to find a dealer to order stuff through them.

Midwest use Zigler at Watcon.com. East coast use Mike at Optima racing.
