LOL I dont care if it was off color theres no way I could cut up a jettrim cover.

And yeah their office chairs are sooo awesome.

The only difference I have noticed in stock 96XP's is that Seadoo is molded into the foot mats on some. I'm interested to know if there was some mid-year update because I've never heard of one.

correct, should run about $25 for a pair.

no...46 adapters are 4 bolt if I remember correctly...you are looking for 38/44
sbn.
I found a site that said these are the stock carbs*Dual* BN-i 40/38 these are the carb mounts 48.6-65mm x 2 and there's are the carb adapters 85-2005
And I couldn't find any
38/44
But mabe I'm have the wrong thing or something I just confused if its 40/38 or 38/44

I just started the restoration on a 1996 XP I picked up last summer. The VTS trim is shot so I was wondering if anybody has tried to install the manual trim from a 3D? The 3D system looks like it would bolt on but I do not have access to one to try.

Guys i'm looking for a UMI setup for my XP. Just need the stem, base, or whatever you want to call it. I have bars, switch housing, and finger throttle already. Just putting the word out. For now I leave you with a little Jettrim X-4 porn

$225 shipped this mornining on pwctoday classifieds Your pm box is full Skewba, I didn't want you to miss it

Oops, sounds more like $125 worth. Throw your self into the WTB category, I've seen people kick up all kinds of good things there.

I've had a thread up for a few days now and have only been offered the two that are on there now. I would prefer the newer style so I told the guy with the $275 stem I was going to hold off at first. I just pm'd him about a package deal on the stem and the Westcoast tabs he has for sale, but he has someone hot on the entire umi setup he has. Which brings me to these questions.

A. Is the geometry different on the old style vs the new style? Seems like Mr. Bill said something about one of them being closer to blaster style geometry.

B. Is the metal coated in something or could a man shine one up without much hassle?

Sure you don't want to part with one of your's. I know it must be hard being the X-4 hoarder you are :biggrinjester:

Yeah I paid $300-$350 for mine and they are the old style. Yes there is a difference in where the bars mount. The Stem itself comes set in a couple different angle options also. If you get too "blaster like" then you almost need the high Jettrim seat to reach them. I can post pics later if need be and take a closer look at what I have laying around. Right now I need to get my X4's to the Seadoo Forum Ride!

I love that Jettrim splashguard you got me. The 951 96XP doesn't have one yet so you get soaked riding it.

Ah I didn't know you had angle options. Post some pics or pm me when you get some time. I'm in no hurry. Enjoy the ride!

Glad you are liking the splash guard. I wanted one but I like the splash during our HUMID KY summers!

Nevermind Matt I just scored a R&D stem!

Wow. I never run up on the R&D stem yet. I know it was out there from the old magazine adds. I want it and I will trade you for a fresh water UMI if you want. From what I understand the R&D is shorter on purpose keeping the bars closer to the hull.

BASTARD! LOL I wanna see what he thinks are Novis...the picture is too hard to see what version or if they really are novis.
