Well which on of us is going to call the guy and talk him into shipping that pump? I've already bought a psi 787pipe, psi 787 twin pipes, Coffman's race signature pipe, and a new high top Jettrim seat cover this week. My wife tried to use the ATM this morning and it said no!:blush:
 
Picking up a 95 XP800 Monday night. From the pictures the owner has sent me this ski its CLEAN! And the price is super super good. Pics to come
 
I've got one, different people have told me it's the coolest ski on the lake others have told me a pink ski, how gay. Here's a picture of mine, I've sorta got it on the back burner saving it for a winter project.

My bars and carbon fiber hood should be here Saturday. I'm going to do the 451m relay trick on my VTS tomorrow and hopefully get my jettrim splash guard installed.

Is that one of the Westcoast hoods? It has spots for all three gauges.

I'm on the fence with my 96 xp. Do I keep the pink or ditch it and do something custom.... I like how it looks I think I just want something a little more me and not something a little seadoo color designers.

Hey Skewba, I looked through some old mags and I do think it's a westcaost hood. I've got another week or two before my Jettrim cover comes in. I bought the trim fix and have not put it on yet. I have dead VTS boxes everywhere and want to learn the home version so let me know how it goes.
Camaro, Some people have all the luck. My 95XP800 was not that clean or cheap but I'm happy to have it. I plan to come out ahead after some more hard work.
Lou, please don't let some dude's pink comment zap any enthusiasm away from your awesome ski. I don't think that there were only 500 made, rather than them needing to produce and sell 500 to make it race eligible. Furthermore it's kinda a pinkish purple right?
 
Turns Miller phase 3 1050 over on the other forum was the original owner of the hood and he said its a watoosee design. It looks almost identical to the westcoast. I need to quit slacking and order a jt cover for my hump seat. Looks like the 451 will be cake, but I have a electronics degree and a all around techno geek lol! Ill see about posting some instructions. The thread I found was not very clear. There was text directions and a wiring diagram, but there different ways of installing it. Thus the confusion. Basically everything will work other than the up and down limits. If you over travel it will pop the fuse in the coil box. There is a self resetting fuse you can get though for $12
 
You bastard lol. I emailed the guy and was going to drive 15 hours for that deal! That is definitely one of the cleaner 95's i've seen; it has some new hydro-turf too.
 
Don't worry SPX8, the deals never stop coming for the motivated shopper. If your willing to drive like that you can really pick and choose.
 
You guys are lucky in the states, way more options. Up here picking is slim, and prices not so slim. Why I drove 8 hours one way for one, and 5plus hours for another.

Well, going that far we were going to make a trip and go see New York city and pick the skis up on the way home. Oh well; there's was one in Kansas city I might consider.

jesus... about 180 miles is my limit :) and it has to be a sick deal to consider driving that far !
 
Well I broke my left hand on the XP last weekend. We had a good day of riding and catching air until I decided to hit one more yachts wake before trailering. I way under estimated the size of the wake on this thing and hit it about 45mph, launched me way up in the air nose first. Had a rough landing into another massive wave and i ate shit haha. Hydroturf and some water shoes are next for me, if i had some traction I think I could have avoided this injury. Hopefully I can get back on the lake in July!

2300.00 for a mint 95 xp 800 and 95 hx with double trailer was a sick deal.

I keep forgetting that people up north pay more than we do here in Florida. that would be a good price down here but not one that people would fight over, but it would probably sell fairly quickly.

sorry to hear about your wrist, but if it was your left wrist, your throttle hand was fine, no reason not to circle back and hit that wake one more time !
 
Picked up that 95 XP800 and HX today. The skis are in very nice shape. The pictures made them look shinier than they actually are but theyre clean and I paid a great price. My buddy is taking the HX and trailer, Im mainly interested in the XP.

As far as the XP goes, its clean. Decals are all there and intact. It has an R&D scoop grate on it. My plans for it are to buff it out, the gell coat is a little dull. Its not bad just needs a good going over. It needs a seat cover cause the PO spray painted it due to sun fade. Unsure if I want to track down a stock yellow cover or put another MLine on. And I plan to put stock steering back on. Its not a full UMI thats on it, just the bars. Both skis do have finger throttles which is nice. Ill have some better pictures tomorrow when I get to work on it. Was a long afternoon of ferry rides and driving.
