Yeah that might be the way to go. Could not find any threads on how to do it, any tips?

all i did was use the right whole saw bit (make sure you put tape down before you drill) and you still use the stock nut on the back of the gauge. When i install my cando ill post some pics.

I went with speedo in the hood and multi gauge and trim on the dash. It's a tough call on trim or speedo in the hood but thought it would be nice to hide all parts of the candoo inside the hood.

Please make a thread on the install. Been meaning to check one out.

It's all good man. Did not mean to go off on you. We are all passionate about seadoos and that's the main thing. Just didn't want people thinking I don't care about my ski or don't respect it. I put more time in working on it and riding than most.

I work on mine more than riding haha. Not sure which I enjoy more really

I have a set of UMI bars I could let go if he can't. They're 29.5" wide. If you want pics PM me you number and I'll text you.

I've never ridden a ski with custom bars, what do you guys like about it? How is it different? What are pro/ cons?

The entire umi steering changes the riders position and geometry of the movement of the bars. Other guys like the look but don't buy the umi steering so the stock bars just look out of place without the rubber cover over it.
