Suke, how does that Jetta do pulling the double trailer? I'm using my 06 civic si to tow my single with no problems but I'd worry about adding more weight.

How about a little 951 white pipe x4...?

No. My problem is if I work on them while drinking parts get scattered everywhere.

It isn't mine, but it hauled our skis 2 hours on the interstate at 70mph without issue. Also had no issue pulling them outta the water. Keep in mind it's the tdi version.

I feel a little guilty for not chiming in here earlier but I don't want to fuel negative talk. I'd just like to say that "Nick C.." is probably the best thing out there for the two-stroke Seadoo owner. It's great to have someone right there with integrity that understands all the differences (advantages/disadvantages) in models and years. He is always prompt and honest. He also builds nice skis full of aftermarket parts and rides them hard. Seems like a near perfect dude to me.

Yes! He's been more than helpful in a number of my builds, both 787's and 951's! You too Braley!

Here's the guy I ride with, a few of you guys knew his son. Just over 65mph.

Nice.... I'm forgetting his name but we sent as a group on pwct back in the day flowers for the funeral. I was in contact with his dad on buying everything he had accumulated and we just couldn't get to a price point that made since driving a panel truck to go get. He started talking about getting some of them together and was happy to hear that he got satisfaction/moving on by getting them going.

Appreciate it Matt, esp coming from a guy like you who also gets all sorts of emails from people wanting a quick free answer to their problems. As much as I want to tell people like that to go to the forums, I try to help if I can give a few ideas.

I never claimed to know it all, hell Matt has all sorts of knowledge I wish I could lock down. But parting out 100s of seadoos... I've seen some shit. As far as aftermarket... Im not the best...good...but I'd like to learn more.

There's also many ways to look at and resolve issues. That's the beauty of the Internet is you can maybe find a better way to do something or share a better way. Hell... I freakin LOVE those Japanese screwdrivers. soccerdad freakin props dude!

This forum is great because of guys like Nick and Matt. They take their time to help out on tech problems and if you have a question about aftermarket parts, Braley is the go to guy! Nick has saved many skis from and early death selling parts and saved tons of money from people buying junk parts. I am glad to be a part of this forum and can't wait to finally meet in November
