Nice catch Adam, they are indeed. That's the way he wanted them so we moved them up about and inch.

Just loosened the 4 bolts on the steering stem and rolled the bars up slightly.

And I found those caps on eBay about a year ago. I snagged 3 of them, they were brand new still in the bag!!
