On the end seals on the crankshaft I have seen some ppl put a bead of threebond on the cases. Mine are perfect no pitting or corrosion in that area is it necessary?

I never put it around the seal. Just up to the seal edge on the parting line.
That's what I will do. This an oem gasket set. They added an oil hole on the rods on the oem rebuild crank. They also went to a caged bearing for the pistons. There are more in bombardier's than wsm or sbt though. I should have it assembled by Friday if my phone will stop interrupting me.

Don't forget to drizzle some sauce on the crank rod bearings and some in the bearings on the crank its self. I use the synthetic grease on the wrist pin bearings.

By sauce you mean 2 stroke oil or assembly lube. I planed on using 2 stroke injection oil.

I have a zoom spout oil bottle that I saved specifically for that, thanks for the reminder though.

The front and rear most bearings I put the molykote 111 in those, just a little, then xps-2 in the other bearings.

well these are the wrong needle bearings they are not for the pistons they are for the counter balance. Powersportsparts4less microfiche must be wrong I ordered directly from it.

There was a delay when installing the needle bearings for the pistons one of the packages exploded on me they went everywhere. So I just finished installing the pistons and circlips which are a pain in the ass.

To much humidity in the air it's bagged sitting on the bench just need to give the cylinders a rinse put them on and check the squish.
