New feature here on the thread "Ask Uncle Tony".

Lou says since we gots a Doc right in the family I shudn't be wasting time with that old fart ole Doc Johnson no more. So here goes: Uncle Tony, I got me a case of the poison ivy. Naturally I already tried the Super Clean and zippo lighter fluid (now I gots 3rd degree burns too) but that there poison ivy is still a itchin and a scratchin. What ya'll recommend?

I also heard that the PowerSlave gots some dock rash on his noodle or sumthin . Will the same stuff work fer him?

Thanks Uncle Tony. Ma says Hey.

iv seen them go for around 2,500 and even 3,500 so idk what to ask for

now that there is a fine lookin ski ya'll got there Phil. So what ya want to go and do a durn fool thing like sell it fer? Brother Lou has been a buyin up just about every ski in town so he knows lots more about pricin that I does. Damn I think he's got more skis in his front yard than he has frigidaires on his front porch. I'm sure Lou will suggest a price to ya'll when his hangover wears off in the mornin. Uncle Tony is real good at cypherin numbers too. Why he's so dern smart, I sumtimes gots a hardtime believin that he is really kin, but Ma says he is kin and Ma don't tell no lies. 2,500 sounds kinda high to me, but I always let Lou do the NEEgotiatin so jsut have a couple a beers and watch some NASCAR til Lou or Uncle Tony gives ya a price. They is workin fellers sos they git up pritty early.

Hi Phil,

You've picked the best time of year to sell, prices are really high right now. You will want to price it high, but not so high as you won't get any offers, you can always come down, it really looks nice and the new motor with a warranty is a real plus. I think I would start at about $3000.00 to $3200.00, a couple of hundred less if it doesn't have a trailer.

Hey Criss, Got a little bourbon virus today?

Phil,

It's kinda up to you, I don't really deal in SeaDoo's I've bought more than I've sold. Just looking a craigs list PWC's are high right now, if you wait a month or two, the price is probably gonna go down, how much is anybody's guess. If it were me I would keep it a while but when you play you pay, you're probably gonna need to take a few hundred less.

No SDB this is poison ivy fer sure. I was out in the woods and had to do what the bears do in the woods. so I dun used this plant that had 3 leafs, I thought it was 3 leaf clover. turns out it was the poison ivy.

You think that you can wipe the smile off you face with a 3 leaf clover. You are dreamin'.I cant even balance one on the end of my finger.

well, just finished packin up the truck. Finally headin up to open up the lakehouse tomorrow. Past couple a weeks been seein all these post about fellers payin dealers to DE-winterize their skis. Now I is gonna have to drive 3 hours to the nearest dealer and have them hook up the battery for me. Hate to think all these years I just been throwin the skis in the water and firin them up. How much you figure I should pay for this DE-winterize battery hook-up?

Deer Jake, Otis has dun sum siforin. (Otis is better then me at the siforin but I is better then him at reedin ritin and ritin reedin.)
Otis sez that them thar dealer fellers is speshulist and yall shudent even ask how much. Just back yurself and the ski up to the dealer door, hand them your wallet and let em have at it. It's priceless!

Thanks Dennis and Otis, I figure that there is what I better do. That there de-winterizin sounds pritty technical. I thought maybe I would git Lou to talk me thru it but he's always too busy with Sheridan.

can't believe I've been taking up 25 minutes every day for a while now to read on these 97 pages of posts... haha i guess i have some serious time on my hands....

well I will finally be installin the side pissers and the new reistration numbers this week that I got from Uncle Tony last year. All I gots is a 3/4" drill bit. So I guess I'll need some of that there duck tape to hold the pissers in place.

I don't know if y'all are aware of this Camo is the official state color for South Carolina.

On a related matter, do you know why orange is UT (Tenn.) color.
