Well Ma dun caught me lookin at sum girly pictures on the computer so she dun took it away fer a spell so I is jist tryin ta catch up on things. From whats I can tell Lou dun got hisself a fancy new title, the SDB popped his cherry at the Harbor Freight and it looks like he dun got hisself a new ski too. Good ta see that Griz got out on paroll, don't look like SInk ever got his computer fixed, Docs yungins is growin up fast, Criss and Sis are still missin ever since they went off ta look fer that Vanderlay feller, still no pictures of ole Wallstreet havin his boat in the water and nobody got shit fer Christmas. What else did I miss or Is I all caught up now?
It's bin a snowin here sumthin fierce since early this morning the snow is nearly waist high and is still falling. The temperature is droppin and is at about 15 degrees and that there north wind is increasing to near gale force. The wife has done nothin but look through the kitchen window and just stare. If it gets much worse, I may have to let her in...

Hey Jake,
I think you'll do the right thing and let your wife come inside, specially when it get supper time she's also preddy gud and washin and cleanin.
Things ben preddy slow on the ol forum lately so's I ben workin on the SeaDoo's I went down to that Harbor Freight place and got me some duck tape and some bailin wire so's I cud work on them ski's. I saw ol SDB when I was down at that Harbor Freight place, I think what he was a doin was buyin right hand tools, problem is he's left handed.
The snows done bypassed us here in the hollow but it's been cold, cold enought to wear a light jacket like the fellers in Florida do. I believe some of the fellers have been callen them fellers some kind cat. Well gotta go, Maws callin, she's been up since four feedin the chickens and milkin the bull.

Harbor "fright"...i guess I was looking for "decent" tools at a cheap price but what I found was cheap tools at a cheap price. I'm sure they have some OK stuff but not what I wanted at this time.
Lou, I wasn't in Kyville the other day so it couldn't of been me you saw, maybe it was a distant cuz named "Seedon'tbuddy".
We got about 6-7 inches of snow on Wed. The Northern part of Lower Michigan got about 12-18 inches of the white stuff. Who knows what Upper Michigan got?

It's good to see you back, this thread is almost dead, maybe we can get it revived.
Crisso not been around much. Jake's holed up for the winter. Myself and my wife just got back from a seven day cruise to the South Caribbean.
It's also been kinda slow on the forum, lets see if we can get things stirred up.

The cruise was great, the best vacation ever. We went on the Ruby Princess, to Princess Cays, St. Maarten, St. Thomas and Grand Turk. There were a lot of Canadians on the cruise, we had dinner with several from Ontario. I guess even Canadians get cold in the winter.
Our favorite was St. Thomas, great snorkeling.
I rented, dare I say, a Waverunner in St. Maarten, it ran about 80kph, it was kinda like driving a truck, but it was still neat to ride on the ocean.

hey lou, st thomas is cool, my sister in law lived there almost 20 years, she worked at diamond store in "saphire resort" , her husband had dive boats there, he also brought that submarine down there from canada , to take tourists under at the reefs, etc, then they opened the islands only laundry (that was in like 88) commercial for the hotels, he bought a set up to turn salt water into fresh water, good enough for laundry, but not good to drink

You could "Snowbird" to OZ (it's Summer there) and go alooking for yur cuz Criss.
Well it's been a little lonely with Ma, Sis, ole Duke and Pa a visitin Jake up in the big city. So's I dun shot myself a ground hog for dinner. Trouble is I think it waz that pensacola phil ground hog, I guess that feller won't be a seein his shadow this year.

Do you mean to tell me that Pensacola Phil done moved up to PA, cause I always wondered why six more weeks of winter would make a hellova lot of difference to the people in Florida, ya know them fellers that sometime hav to wear a light jacket.

The boys at the rod and gun club says they is related to that pigeon family, a little harder to shoots but not near as tasty. Claim you gotta par boil them first.:thumbsup:

Lou; I guess that "wood chuck" and I might be on the same schedule, ready for spring and trout fishin'. Ole' Phil lives down there in that warm Pa. climate, wouldn't venture his butt out here today.
