thanks guys, I cant wait for the graphics that mike is working on for me. I hope it brings it all together, next build will be to finish moding my 96 spx with the 720. Then im going to build up and hx and also put a 951 in an x4.

Well got a little more work done tonight on the seat. Took me 2hrs and 10 mins lol just to get it how I liked it, but it turned out right.

Just giving you a hard time honestly the black tip cover looks decent. They fade fairly quickly I'm honestly not a fan of theirs. But it looks good.

You did a perfect job on the install but Black Tip covers are for some old ski your gonna off on Craigslist. They are a mass produced low quality imitation and they don't deserve to be a part of a build of this quality.

The mats look great though and if you like the seat cover that's what matters.

Lol, we choose what we choose. It doesn't look bad, but a jettrim would have been the icing on the cake. I'm hoping for a decent amount of blue in the decals to tie the engine color into the build, if not the blue on the engine would look out of place. I think a riff on the 99 spx decal with blue perforated metal look with a yellow under tone would look tight.


Gls, don't take my comments negatively, I like your build a lot and its turning out really sanitary. Two thumbs up!

Its all good im not taking any thing negatively, You guys are right it does need a jet trim. I ended up getting the black tip on black friday for $35 i think before i really new i wanted a jet trim. Im going to to use this seat while i tune it. then i will change it out. I told him about the blue on the engine so i guess i will see what he comes up with. thanks for all the help guys!

funny you ask that, I didnt even know it had a flap till i took the old one off. i ended up taking the old one off and putting it on the black tip. that was the point i found out what i really good and new i was just using this seat for the tune part
