can't tow all 3 with one trailer, any ideas anybody? I thought about making a third bunk sideways up top, but it might make the front too heavy to move, and I don't believe pulling two trailers is legal in florida

My friends sub it the "Swaggin Wagon" even though its the "saggin wagon" when im towing lol.

its a 2003 VW Passat GLX with the VR6 package, 220 hp stock...........not bad for a wagon haha......usually we use if for snowboarding trips too :)20120804_160556.jpg20120909_193216.jpg

and yeah , that pic was when i first picked up the ski back in august.......when it looked like shiiittt .....the previous owner had a piece of cardboard taped down as a deflector!

Yeah, I get to show off my new 2012 Sierra Tow Rig!!! Hopefully, I can get a picture of it towing our boat this spring when the snow melts. For now, it is a sled towing fool.

Finally got a photo of it with the boat. I should have pulled the cover off.

Tow with a 2WD 03 Toyota Tacoma 2.4L four cylinder with 5 speed manual transmission and aftermarket Class III hitch, brake controller for the camper, 7 pin connector, Firestone rear differential air bags installed. Use a 4 pin adapter for the Sea Doo with 15 to 20 PSI in the air bags to smooth the ride out. Towing the Sea Doo on the interstates @ 65MPH, this rig gets 20MPG. The pickup "unloaded" gets 27MPG going 70MPH and 29MPG going 65MPH on interstates. The pickup handles the Sea Doo easily! Also tow a CampLite all aluminum camper and 4X8 trailer for motorcycles or mowing equipment.

1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ. 3" Lift and 31" Tires = 6" Drop Hitch.

My toys seem to be all from the same era.... 96 Challenger, 96 Z28 and the 98 XJ. No real reason except for the "bang for the buck" reason I guess...

this is how we get to the water, the big boat stays at the water along with the 5th whl,but the skis come home every trip
btw,the truck is a 650hp 6.0 diesel,studded heads,bullet proof egr and oil coolers,exhaust brake,5inch exhuast with a cat.
i run 50/50 diesel and auto trans fluid(used filtered fluid from my shop)so the effective mpg of diesel fuel used is about 38.(unloaded,pullin the 2 trailers its 15 actual.)

A normal tractor-trailer is 4x too? SO... I'm not sure what you are getting at.

It's not legal everywhere to pull a double... but in most places in the USA, we are allowed up to 60' total length, and our larger diesel trucks are capable of towing 16,000 Lbs. (I'm also going to assume he has the 7.3L Diesel in that truck)

AND.... since you have 2 posts to your name... you should be careful with your comments.

yea, maybe the picture you were talking bout would have made more sense with your remark, it just sounded like were saying the trailer was too big for the truck and that he was stupid, but anyways, welcome to the forums, it's a super fun and useful place!
