What is your tow rig?

94 Land Cruiser. 78 Ramcharger.

No pictures but we have a 2006 Outback LL Bean wagon for this. But, this is what I used this weekend.

94 Land Cruiser FZJ 80. Old Man Emu Heavies (springs), Factory front and rear lockers and center diff locker. 255/85 16 (33's) tall skinnies for the shoes.

Not towing anything with this right now but plan to. 78 Ramcharger. Mostly stock but hope to soon start swapping in a diesel. Have a 1992 Dodge Turbo Cummins diesel beater as a donor truck. Need to get the bumper and hitch back on before any towing is done...

99'xj
7.5" lift
35" BFG km2's
Locked front and rear
Lots o'goodies.
It's my multi purpose rig for now.
09' duramax within the next year.....will pull the jeep and all the other toys.

Nioce!!! Got a build thread? What arms are you running? Locked 30 and 8.25?

Right now unfortunately I am running fully adjustable short arms. I will be switching out to a Clayton 3 link long arm in the front and 4 link rear. Right now I do have the d30 & 8.25. I am in the process of finding axles now. Either a 9" with a 44 front or I may just go with 60's front and rear. Need to wait until I get my duramax to do the new suspension and axles since I'm driving it to work right now. It's a constant work in progress.

I know that story. I plan to stay with the 30 & 8.25 and beef them up. I'm running IRO's three link radius arms but plan to keep it at around 5" but super flexy. You must be over on CherokeeForum? It's pretty funny that we've both got green lifted XJ's and a yellow XP; lol.

Since there are some Jeep folks here,Here is mine, although not economical as a tow rig.

Nice, Almost missed that post. Grab you an account with Photobucket so you can host the pictures larger. Looks nice; you wheel it much?

uh oh.... someones gettin serious over here... I'm telling ya tho man, low, locked, armor the shit out of it and flexy is where it's at. I bet you I will never get over 33's. However, living in Colorado you deal with a lot of rock I suppose.

Uh oh, we've got to stay on topic here. No more vehicle pictures! It MUST have a ski behind it (and if a truck's pulling it, preferably while flexing out on something)

Wicked... I bet you can idle up the tough side of "Daniel" @ Uwharrie. Considering you live in NC, I can only imagine that you've stomped those trails a few times.

Yes, have wheeled there quite a bit. Favorites places are Moab,UT, Hot Springs,AR (superlift park), Windrock/Coal Creek,TN and Harlan,KY

I finally sold the avalanche and picked up the new Tahoe yesterday. I was lucky to find one exactly the way I wanted, pretty much everything but navigation.

2007 Dodge Ram Hemi, nothing special. Treat her like a truck and she takes it all.

I don't have a pic, but I pull with a 2011 F150 Supercrew 4 x 4 with Ecoboost. Have had no issues tugging any of our 3 boats.

Nice. I went checked one out the other day. I'm thinking about trading in my 2001 F-150 for the Ecoboost version.

I leased mine. I was skeptical but after driving and towing with it, I'm super pleased. It's a great truck and a damn good engine.

can't feel the ski behind it
06 LR3 sorry no better pic

Nice!! Saw an LR3 at the boat ramp this weekend, not a common sight lol.

You're not kidding about these things and towing - handling-wise I can hardly feel my 24' Donzi pushing 6000lbs, it just locks in around the turns with the extra weight and the vehicle tracks really well, turn-in is even sharper when I tow (obviously this is usually the opposite lol) but I guess there aren't many SUVs with big tow ratings that keep the independent rear / leveling air suspension. The Touareg is the only other one off the top of my head (I'd love to have one of the 2004 V10 TDIs!) but I'm sure there are others these days.

This is my rig, 06 Range Rover Sport HSE LUX, wish I had a shot with a Sea Doo BUT hopefully this weekend the two shall be united!

Oh and I do have ONE shot of my LS2000 before the Donzi - back when I was a Yammie traitor!
