This is why i don't normally post anything. I was not offering expert advice, just my own experience. I would rather have a big truck but i don't. Besides i travel only a couple miles every time i use it not down the mountain.
Don't get upset, and have an attitude. This forum is about being friendly. We all try to help out around here, and we all try to keep each other safe.
Your accord (regardless of 4 or 6 cyl's) only has a tow capacity of 1000 Lbs. That boat, on the trailer, and fuel will exceed your capacity by 100%. It's not legal, or safe. Obviously, you can do what you want... but if you get into an emergency situation... it's going to be ugly. Also, if you have an accident... regardless who is "Actually" at fault... it will be your fault since you are operating past limits. And finally... the wear that extra weight puts on the engine, trans, brakes, and chassis isn't worth it.
As I said... you can do what you want... but in the law... ignorance is not a defense.
****EDIT******
As a finale FYI...
Boat: 1457 Lbs Dry
Fuel/oil/coolant: 170 Lbs
Trailer: 350 Lbs (probably more, but that's what my 96 sportster trailer weighed)
Extra gear: 100 Lbs? (anchor, vests, wake board, cooler, ropes, fenders, ect)
That gives you a total of 2077 Lbs. So... not only are you over the capacity of the car by over 100%... but you are also over the capacity of the hitch. (and it may be more since the trailer may be heavier)
My biggest concern would be with the hitch bolts ripping out of the sheet metal of the car since you don't have ANYTHING that resembles a frame.
