Trouble launching from seadoo port

Good morning / afternoon. I just installed a PWC port and we are having trouble launching the seadoo, a 2017 GTX S 155. Its a heavy model but videos of individuals launching them appear to barely lean on them and they start down the wheels into the water? I dont see anything in the instructions about installing the port at an incline to the dock, etc, which would enable the seadoo to launch easier. I've also tried several wheel configurations. Does anyone have any advice? Perhaps a slight incline from entry which would assist in launching it, but not enough that you couldnt park from sliding down the ramp continuously as you make your approach and parking attempt?
Thanks

Which port do you have? We have the Permafloat Xpress and are mounted level to the dock. You have the ability to move the rollers to have it line up with the shape of your hull. Ours were real tough getting them off until we moved some rollers around. You might have to do the same to find that "sweet spot" of easier to roll off, but not hard that you break a sweat. I found on ours, wheels closer to the center of the V of the port, they roll off easy, higher up, and it gets harder. Especially the ones closest to the entrance to the port. Ours are sort of setup like the picture on the right in the attached, this seems to work that best for our Wakepro and GTX1626187374588.png

Thanks, we have 2017 GTX S 155 model and our dock is EZ Port 2i. We have it flush with top of the dock but seems when parked the front of ski is so heavy its very hard to start it moving for launch. Our seadoo is listed at 880lbs with the fibreglass hull, the last year they made this hull I believe.
I'll try moving the front wheels inwards, perhaps that will raise the front of the seadoo. I've moved them a few times but it appears moving them outwards / upwards only allows for the curvature of the hull and there really isnt any difference in the way the seadoo sits on the dock. Also on our model it appears the "chines" are narrow on the front of the seadoo so the wheels may align with those which would effectively drop the front further. Thanks for the reply, much appreciated.
