Racer x you crack me up and stress me out just thinking about it. Lol. Watched my employee run all four fingers through table saw standing in front of me. It was gruesome. Cutting 1/8 abs plastic. Learned respect. So GLS i can give you some basic parameters that are based off other aftermarket sponsons that basically just follow the guidelines of racing rules. Just like an airplane wing you need to think about the aerodynamics of water flow as well from front to back. I did a pretty good narrative and explanation on Facebook on "Seadoo XP limited owners" fan page

It's just a water injection module. There is probably a regular Micro Touch WIM(water injection module) under that pretty billet case. Mel Miller used it to kick on electric fuel pumps to help feed big bore XPL race skis. It reads the rpm via a wire that wraps around a plug wire and then kicks 12v on and off at the rpm point that you set. He has listed this a couple times before and found no takers. Somebody would pop on it if he dropped it to $200 but he appears to be holding out and playing a long game lol.

I would try the mothers wheel polish and ball that fits in the drill whiskey.

Mothers won't touch that. First off you need to get rid of the remainder of the anodize. Just Google remove anodize, but you can use oven cleaner iirc. Then you'll need to sand, then polish.
