Planning of the 2016 Two-Stroke Ride Weekend

Whoever has the most or what they believe to be the most current and correct information, please post it and I will edit the first post of this thread so that all the information is in one place.

There are a ton coves off of the main channel. I guess i forget that people actually cruise on jetskis. To me they are toys to beat the hell out of and go as fast as possible on. I ran into this all the time when planning group rides on sportbikes. You have to plan for the least experienced rider all the way to the top. There's nothing worse than getting someone in over their head. I've just about ridden through it all as I've been on skis most of my life. I'm def leaning on you locals expertise of the lake. If it's not going to be busy at that part of the lake or by the place we plan to pretty much fill up, then I'd say you have that covered. Folks that want to head into the wakes can and those that want to cruise can. I don't mind either side. I kind of like exploring new areas, so I'd likely head off with the cruising crowd.

I can't agree more, I've had to refuse or dis-invite inexperienced riders on some of my more technical rides (hard, fast twisties) But I think with this group we can go with more of a "ride at your own risk" format but I hear what your saying I'm more of the explore/cruise type myself. As I get closer to 50 (very close now) I chase down flat water, not wakes.

So whats the word on the dates, guys at work are starting to ask for time off and i dont want to f*ck my self lol, if people are to worried about memorial weekend what about the weekend before? 20-22? I think some of you big names guys here need to just lock this down lol
 
I'm good either way, we just need the hold outs to comment. If you cant make it say it.

Weekend before is good for me. In. Likely with my family. (wife and two teenagers). 3 skis.
