Not even enough in scrap weight to make it worth picking up the phone. Prolly $16 in scrap. Light iron if you're lucky right now is probably $8 a 100#. Prolly 200# in scrap there, oh then you have to deal with the tire disposal which will eat into your profit. That guy ain't no dummy, why would he waste his time cleaning that up when someone will come do it for $16, lol.

Welding that thin stuff is not worth it. You would go through more gas and wire and make $5 an hour labor.

A guy in my neighborhood works for Aluma. He is always pulling shiny new trailers home I assume to deliver or some promo thing.

what are the cheapest new single trailers you guys have seen? I'm considering going to 2 singles, and getting something custom welded to do the single to double thing. I would be looking to get rid of my double aluminum triton as well! I inquired about the magic tilt/karavan one, but it's pretty pricey. OR if anybody has 2 of the same trailer in good shape.....

Giving up a Triton? You will regret that no matter what you cobble together.
