I tried to answer your question earlier, but I guess my answer was not clear.
The oil you are referring to is the oil for the counter balance shaft. The oil is normally added at the factory and should last the life of the engine, it normally does not need servicing. Contrary to what SDB says you don't need to split the case to refill the reservoir. You will have access to the cavity after removing the cylinders. Simply suck the old oil out with a meat syringe, turkey baster, small pump. When the cavity is dry add 1 oz. of full synthetic injector oil.

The cavity I'm talking about is just behind part 18, and you can get to the cavity through the hole in the upper crankcase.
On 951's and late model 787 Rotax added an access plug to allow you to do this without disassembling the engine, however even the later model engines don't require maintenance unless the motor ingests water. Your engine may not even need this service, all I'm saying is while you can access the area you should service it.
