I'm old school racer, I have a mill and lathe from grizzle. (not cnc) so it takes me a little time to make stuff but im only out my time. its kinda like another hobby of mine along with wood working.

I have a knee mill at home but my father in law has a full blown machine shop. The water jet is 3 doors up. I like to produce in quantity, I'm not making a fixture for one out two prices if you know what I mean. I have to pay my father in law, so to get the price right for guys on the forum I need numbers. And I usually only make a couple dollars, literally. I'm not in it for money, my payment is the "Hell yeah, I just made that" lol

Yeah its super tough. I was surprised how many people wanted an exhaust outlet! I sent my guy some domes for aftermarket heads and he cant make them for less than 100 a piece on a 10pc order. Just sux. Id love to get some made but even with braley I doubt I could sell 3 pr at that price.

thats just crazy, my mill wont make them you would need a cnc to do that. so many parts I look at and want to make but just takes time.
That feeds the gauges. Your purple there is power when ignition is on and black is ground. Your two pink wires on the back of the gauge go to the pickup in the tank.
Ha you want to run 97 Electronics but have a 96 micro touch. I have the opposite problem. We should have figured this out and swapped.

I have a 97 microtouch if anyone needs it. No water controller in it though.
I only reproduced the Tracker Sponsons, not trim tabs. The sponsons are $125 shipped in the US, if you're interested.
I never mean to hurt the guys selling the used parts badly but I always try and be right around used parts pricing or slightly below. I have seen it time and time again when guys say they're gonna make this or that and 15 guys jump on and say "I'm in"......until it's time to pay the piper and you'l hear more stories than a library. Thru my "research" (aka, what I think a tight ass like myself would want to pay), the magic number is around $125 shipped. Hmmmmm, just like my sponsons. Funny isn't it. Most guys can part with about $125 and they can ask they're wife for around the same without getting any flack. As soon as you jump to $150+ forget it you just lost 90% of the guys who want them.
Any sucker who didn't snap one up at you're price was just crazy. I know what it would take me in lathe time and mill time, you're price was just right. I'll say you were topped out on them at your price. If you would have said $300, you never would have never had enough guys bite on them, you would have lost me that's for sure. People just won't go that high for an outlet, it's cool and bad ass but the numbers just have to add up.
Yes, just replace the connector you have in your hand with the one I sent and it should match up to the rest of your wiring.
As far as that gauge, most were wired differently (im guessing this came off a 98 or 99 XPL) If you just take the harness off a X-4 gauge and put it on that gauge it will work.

Yeah for sure...esp on a part that is really for looks. They are very rare though. I remember the catalogs have big warnings that you needed a special tool to get the old one off, and Im betting that made alot of rec guys that had money to burn spend elsewhere.
Yes. Those wires would run the red lights in the 95-96XP multi-gauge. The tan is for temp and the red for voltage I believe.
Nice! Hey I'll buy that bracket off ya for $5, lol. That looks like a homemade bracket very similar to what I'm making out of the oem seadoo one.
