Does anyone know the bolt size and what not used on the back of the engine to hold the exhaust?

M8x40. The parts diagram lists bolt sizes.

New bushings are crazy expensive for being 2 small pieces of rubber per bolt. I just ordered them for my boat.

another dumb ?, whats the thread, 1.25?1.50? 1.0? Any idea, wanted to pick that bolt up today but i forgot to look this morning before work.

thanks man, another ? I have. In the inside of the ski back on the top off the pump there is a hole for a water fitting and then next to it is the hole that the speed-o-meter cable went though, any ideas on how to block that off?

I would just use that Speedo cable fitting/nut and fill it with silicone.

well I had to make me some trim tabs, due to my other Source being overloaded. also make a block off plate for the speedometer.

I've got a 95 xp 800 ride plate that doesn't have the cut out for the speedo wheel if you want to eliminate it

Ok need some help with the ebox. The red wire with the purple line on it comes from the multi gauge but I don't have anywhere to plug it in side the ebox any ideas what it supposed to go to?

Next the two double wires I don't have anything to plug in to, any idea. Remember I put a rev limiter in.

Last the purple and black wires with gray stripe on the trim gauge, where do they go? I did delete the speedo....

Well i hate to do this but i have been slacking on this ski a lot and with some other plans in mind i think im going to part this ski and put it to stock and sell it off, i know its sad but i just dont find the drive when i have 8 other skis and i need to sell about 1/2 of them lol
