Only took 2 attempts but we got the seat covered last night. Took the pump apart to install the new wear ring and prop. Came across a small problem, so had to order a rebuild kit! Will be in Thursday.

Need your opinions....do I keep the vents and fuel cap(which is actually the VTS side if you were wondering, since I’m running a drop nozzle) orange or make them black?

It is so easy to pinch that thrust bearing. It is easier if you keep the shaft in the vise then install the bearing and washer and finally place the pump over the shaft that way gravity holds the thrust washer from getting stuck on the shoulder of the saft.

I would go with plack on the cap and vents.

Noticed the bearing was broke when I removed the pump. Haven’t had the chance to reinstall yet
