.......The rivers were like Glass ...
shooot.

jealous. my boat is not cooperating with my first ever DIY attempt :(.

I've only been WOT on glass once...it was AYYYYYMAYYYYYZING.

Hey those spark plugs. Do I just unplug the rubber thingy, and unscrew them out? I'm going to put in new ones.

Yep, almost. Before the new plugs go back in you need to gap them. There should be a decal just below the hinges for the engine cover that will tell you exactly which plug your boat takes (NGK BR8ES) and also the gap (.021 or 0.55mm).

hmmm...I looked at the original spark plugs, and the washer or whatever that is was all the way down., from what I could see, they both looked the same. Does that just mean it's working, but not optimally? Gapping means....? how far down it's sitting?

rogerdat. I googled it right after yesterday and learned what it was. I'm off to a garage now to see I can charm the guy to do it for free for me hehe. My Dad sure gives themenough service, so it's the least he can do heh? Unless Canadian Tire (closest to me) has one for cheap I can do it myself.

You have done an awesome job, great work.
When I pull the boat out of the water and open the drain plug, I get what seems to be a couple gallons of water but I have not been able to see any leaks. When I am on the water, I don't see the water in the bilge, so it must be distributed along the bottom of the hull.

Do you get any water out of your boat when you open the drain plug? If yes how long does the stream last?

This morning in between the rain drops I cut in my recessed battery switch plate and installed it. Waiting for a few items and I`ll get back to that...

using an air saw with a scroll blade hanging upside down was interesting.:willy_nilly::lols:

and got an Oetiker Plier for the tool box! 1 of 2... ;)

Looks great, should have been there from day one.

Nice pliers, you'll wonder how you ever lived without them!

.... If the drain water is hot or warm, it`s coming from the exhaust system, or engine drain lines. also check the hoses at the exhaust outlets...
...
mine is warm. one of these days I should tackle the leak isolation, and body repair tasks.

WTF? So all Challengers (your series) didn't have a battery switch? Or just...YOUR diamond? I clicked the amazon link and realized what it was. I thought you were just adding some extra switch for some keen reason hehe.
