If you try to jerk the throttle, little by little, can you get some speed?

    RXT 230 -18 vs -19

I don't think there were any major changes between 2018 and 2019. The only thing I could see is the new Polytec hull. Several models have inherited this new hull over the past few years. I am sure VTS is there, all models have it now I believe. As for fuel consumption, use the eco mode, it will...

Rock in impellar. Dealer repair costs?

If it's only the wear ring, not much. I think the wear ring is under $100 + one hour to replace it. However, if the impeller is damaged, then it could cost you more. I had one replaced last year and if I don't remember the cost, it's probably because it was low...

    my handlebars broke OFF!

Check this. Sorry. I thought it was a Spark but no (although they must be very similar except for less trimming with the Spark. Broke my steering and pushed the Seat forward so it won’t open / unlatch.

    Sell or part out?

Do you have a few pictures? Does it still look god? If it runs I would use it until the engine fails. You may get a few thousands at most for it if it works very well and is very clean. You could check compression on it. If it is still good, then you are good to go for a little longer.

    2002 Seadoo gti le

I was told about that when my DESS post gave up four years ago but this is the first time someone confirms that a key can really go bad.

    Help adjust carb

You could turn the low speed slightly. I noticed in my case that it was running better with 1/8th of a turn extra. But as @JeremyD615 mentioned, the stock settings should be more the rule than the exception.

    60hp with "Sport" Mode?

Is this a 2-up 60 HP? Even then you should be able to go faster than 37-38 mph. I am a bit surprised. It should go to around 42 mph unless riding at maximum weight. Have you look at Riva MapTunerX?

    Engine cuts at 35mph

Oh, I agree totally with the wire checking portion. I would start with that too to rule out this possibility. However, we are dealing with a cheaper aftermarket part and that remains a fact too. An OEM part is much more predictable IMO. Maybe the OP can't afford a brand new MPEM and the...

    Engine cuts at 35mph

Whatever it is this is not an original OEM part. The description says so clearly. It also says that you cannot plug a diagnostic tool in it as well so I assume that a key cannot be programmed. The unit could be faulty but I doubt the DESS post on your Sea-Doo has become defective just like that...

    2019 hull scratched

Actually this plastic is not smooth to start with. It is smooth on the sides but not on the bottom. But I think the GTX 230 still has a fiberglass bottom. Only the GTIs have plastic I believe.

Adhesive recommendations for vinyl seat cover?

I had mine recovered a few years back on my old GTI 2003 and it had shaped forms on it too. If I have the chance I will ask the guy who did it for me how he did it. But as far as I am concerned, there was no adhesive involved.
