The two wire connector with orange seal. I've had engine out long enough I can't remember where it goes. just beside and slightly below intake manifold

Sorry, I can't make out what colors those wires are into the connector. What is the primary wire color and the stripe color?

If it is Tan/blue, Yellow/blue...its the KNOCK Sensor connector I believe...based on your wiring diagram

That is correct colors, thank you. Do you know the location of knock sensor?

FOUND IT !!!!

We are a full service tire/wheel alignment/ quick lube shop, I have 3 very conscientious employees who have helped tremendously with this side project. They had knock sensor wire attached to connector to exhaust temp sensor in muffler. NOT a surprise since THEY BOTH USE THE SAME 2 WIRE CONNECTOR !!!

Yes, indeed BUT different wire colors for the EGTS sensor.....glad you were able to find the discrepancy. Party on Wayne, party on Garth!
