Sell or part out?

I've got a 2000 GTX millenium (5653) with 350 hours on it. Because of life I never got it out the last 2 years and now somebody in the family just bought 2 brand new Spark HOs to keep at the lake. So it doesn't make sense for me to rebuild the motor on mine anymore and spruce it up. Trying to decide on the best way to get rid of it.

It ran fine before I put it away. I just cleaned it up and tried to start it, the AGM battery doesn't hold a charge anymore (it was on a charger). The jet pump has maybe 10 hours on it from a total rebuild from OSD marine. Should I part it out or get a new battery and get it running? Trying to get the most out of this thing. What do you think a ski in this condition is worth? I've got a good condition 10' Load Rite boat trailer to go with it.

Do you have a few pictures? Does it still look god? If it runs I would use it until the engine fails. You may get a few thousands at most for it if it works very well and is very clean. You could check compression on it. If it is still good, then you are good to go for a little longer.
