    Can rectifiers go bad intermittently?

I had one that was so intermittent it followed no rules on my 99GTXRFI. It just charged when it felt like it. Replaced it and has been fine since.

GTX RFI runs great but end of pipe still gets too hot

Sportster everything is freeflowing. I get plenty of water out the pipe. I am going to set it flush for the next ride with a new bellows. It was just one turn spun in. Other than that it runs great. It's too big of a boat for me....I got a clean ski and trailer for 800.00...He thought he...

GTX RFI runs great but end of pipe still gets too hot

I just disassembled the WCV again and I'm going to order a new bellows just because. It's developing a pin hole in it that doesn't actually go through but it does seem weak....The part will be ready for me when I get back from the beach and I'll take it to the lake again and see how it goes and...

GTX RFI runs great but end of pipe still gets too hot

i took all the fittings off and I'm doing it again right now just to make sure they're all still clear. I couldn't find any blockages before when I checked. If all looks good I'm going to just buy a whole new regulator. When I pull the line off that heads to the pipe it has a nice stream and...

GTX RFI runs great but end of pipe still gets too hot

The way it's set isn't flush...I've read threads on both a turn or two in and also set flush. Not sure which setting applies to mine.. I always have water out the tell-tale so that tells me it is indeed cooling correct? Just not enough apparently and the regulator may be working but just not...

GTX RFI runs great but end of pipe still gets too hot

Hey there! I bought a 99gtx rfi that came to me with melted resonators and also blistered exhaust couplings. So far I've done the following and haven't got to ride more than 15-20 mins at a time(The pipe at the coupler side before the waterbox gets TOO hot and I can start to smell the rubber...

    Another 951 ingesting lake water

Honestly, Ive had a 99 run away because of a blown seal. I'd bet all the water pushed a seal out. Just an assumption of course. but anything that runs away with no load sound like an air leak.

    GTX RFI resonator delete ?

Grizz....Whats your hose do right beside the negative battery cable? It looks like the pipe changes to a different style..I'm looking for a hose that will go from the waterbox to the thruhull elbow at the back of the ski. I'm not gonna have patched resonators and sure as heck not spending...

    GTX RFI resonator delete ?

Thanks for the picture. It looks like you're still running the bottom resonator? I'm looking to get rid of all three. I'm probably gonna have to do a custom hose setup. There's a 96 gti in my shop right now and the hose to get across would probably work but will require something right...

    GTX RFI resonator delete ?

I've picked up a 99 GTX RFI and the PO melted the resonators. I've searched a few threads and most pictures are gone, but it seems everyone uses the thruhull and the hose from a 98 XPL. Is that correct? It seems like it'd work but am looking for a definite answer since it seems you can't buy...

    Drive Shaft Removal Issue!!!... HELP

If its like my 99...you may have a circlip under your carbon seal on the driveshaft.....you'll need to push the collar on the driveshaft back and remove the clip. I had to do it this way because my impeller was seized to the drivshaft.
