Morning,, Getting ready to order things and I am finding that in some reviews it is saying that Motorola ARRIS SURFboard SB6183 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem White ** does NOT work with Xfinity.

Can you confirm it does and or, what are you using?

I was able to confirm through a Comcast on-line chat that the Motorola ARRIS SURFboard SB6183 DOCSIS does work.

So I bought the higher-end router you suggested. For it new in the box for $209.99 and the modem new in the box for $79.
