The VTS will go up but not down. Tried tracking the problem by doing the following;
I started at the switch, put the ohm meter on it and get a reading when I would squeeze the button.

Then I went to the 6 prong connector and put the tester in there, black to ground prong from meter and tested both the GR/wh and BL/WH wires. When I squeezed the button I would get a reading with the ohm meter. This worked for both wires.

Then I went to the VTS box and hooked up the volt meter. When hooked up to either wire I would get 12v. When I hit the up button I could hear a click and the volts would drop to 0. I then switched the prong to the other wire (down wire) and hit the button, there is no click and the 12v remain on the meter.

I hooked the motor straight to the battery and it would spin, cross the wires and it would spin the other way, so the motor itself I believe is functioning properly
I am not sure where to go from here. Is it something internal in the VTS module? Or did I miss diagnose something?
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
