I Have a Sea Doo 2004 Sporster LE-DI 2004 which has been in the dealers since Memorial Weekend with an engine mis-fire problem. Neither the dealer or the Tech support at Sea Doo seam to be able to fix the problem. I am frustrated with the response I am getting from the senior case executive called Carlo who is offering nothing in the way of a satisfactory conclusion or compensation for the many weeks its been there.
Has anyone else experienced their poor customer support?

Does anyone know if there is any law in Michigan where I am legally entitled to compensation after a certain period of time, eg if it was an automobile you can get compensation after 30 days but who would leave their car in the shop for 10 weeks without kicking up big time.

Thanks
Gordon Reay.

Gordon, you always have the opportunity to take your seadoo to another dealer...but there is never a definite promise to get it back during peak season for a seasonal product. I don't know any water craft dealer that gets things done quickly in the summer. I know for a fact if you bought it in, during December, you'd get it done quick.

But as this is hopefully a BEST warranty repair and the dealer has spent 20 hours and replaced numerous parts They sure wont let me take it somewhere else without paying their $125 an hour labor charge first as nothing has been found that is covered as a warranty issue yet!!

Oh, this is a warranty repair... your at the mercy of the servicing dealer...Thats a whole new issue. You'll have to ride it out. Been there, done that before.
