I just put some Schwinn Bike grips from Wally World on my HX. I'm ready to swap them back out for some stockers. I feel like I'm grabbing just the 7/8" handlebar. My meat hooks cramp up so I need a fatter grip. So the SPX I just picked up will be donating it's mint stock grips I think.

Here's the ones I just bought for like $7, had to cut the length with a straight blade.

Hahaha that's funny I had those on my bike many years ago and they didn't last very long.

Damn your gonna have to drain the whole system but you should be able to get away without pulling and cleaning carbs maybe just add some seafoam to it and hope it clears it out.

Never use seafoam on 2 stokes they are a cleaner aka opposite of oil. Just drain the gas and lines if you can a good as you can and run it.

Other option is get a new friend lol

Just for the record I havnt ever put seafoam in a two stroke but is there any cleaner or stabilizer you can put in a two stroke?

If you need some I have a pair of stockers that came off my XP. Look like they could use a cleaning, but in good condition.

Got a shitload of water in my fuel cause some idiot can't tighten a fuel cap.
What's my next step????

In the northern states there is a product called "Dry Gas". You pour it into the gas tank. It's suppose to "absorb" the water so it gets burned in the cylinders. The colder states may

question is ....how much water is in your tank of gas......if a lot then just suction it out and put new gas in.

As far as grips go, I use ODI rogue grips in 120mm length and they are just a hair too long on my stock bars. They are the best fit I could find. 90mm too short, 130mm too long.

Yes that is my friend Wayne's ski and he just sold it to my friend Mark and is about to take the ad down(according to Mark). He claims it runs in the mid 60's......we shall soon see! The money it was bringing with no title and three days left convinced me to offer my much better racing X4 soon. I was at the races and met those guys for the first time when this ski was out there.

Well I just sucked all the fuel I could out of my tank. Then I left it sit with the baffle and plugs out for a few days to dry. Filled it back up today and cranked it for a bit with the plugs out to get all the water out of the carbs. Put them back in and she fired right up. Back to purring like a kitten.
