Nope (although small hub and big hub props dont interchange either) I was talking about Skat trak Mag pumps such as this:

The RFI pump is really not all that big of an improvement but it is an option. The plastic ones are just so fragile, and its hard to find those RFI pumps in perfect shape (although my brother and I have a couple).

You got the dells freeride on the calender yet? May 31-june 2nd! More info here...

Well I was not going to post pictures of this because the truth is, it was going to get painted. However we were going to only paint the top and leave the bottom yellow so it would look like it came that way stock. Now that we bought a new oem bottom peice the other whole hood is not going to be touched. I knew if I posted pictures and it got painted you guys would flip. Now we are just painting a top of a teal hood and use the new bottom.

Hey did you ever think of painting that hood with plasti-dip? You could get the same finish as the stock plastic in any color you wanted but you'd be able to peel it right off if you wanted to go back to stock.

We use ppg automotive paint, we want a high quality luster. I know alot of guys use the krylon fusion but I never liked the results of that, it looks fine on gas caps and trim peices but not for hoods. Not a big fan of the plastic dip either. Anything that goes on that quick usually does not have the quality I am looking for. If the hood is in bad shape and you just want something to make it look better than that is a cheap easy fix. We are not going to paint that yellow hood though it will be stored away for a future project, getting the yellow single gauge hood is like finding a needle in a hay stack so we wanted to save this one. The purple and teal ones are easy to find.

You can get the color back on that hood...Ive minted out much worse. Scrub it with softscrub with bleach and a scotchbrite pad, rinse, then use some heat gun, then douse it in silicone finish spray.

Would doing that process and swapping the silicone spray with a clear coat of paint get the same results? I did the heat gun to mine last year and it's already faded back to where it was. I'm looking for something to help long term. plan pin getting a cover this year too so I know that will help

59425_525448644150454_1210371097_n.jpgHey everybody picked up 2 96 XP's in awesome condition (to my knowledge). I can't wait to get back to the states and ride but I been reading up on the forums and I wanted to join X4 Cult.

Congrats Hunter, those are a couple of freshies! They might still need some basic maintenance and updates of coarse. Looks like you've got a fun summer ahead.

Hey thanks for the welcome and compliments. I gotta wait till i get back to the states to check out everything on them my dad was able to trade them for a ZZR600.

Yup they look pretty clean but its a small picture.

It makes it alot easier to sink a bunch of $$ on maintenance for machines that look as nice as those.

That picture was taken in November when my dad picked them up for me. He was mad that I wanted him to to test ride them with it being cold but with me being gone it had to be done. I'm actually getting my numbers right now maybe I can get opinions on these. Think they look good and would they be legal?

I would check online with your state rules about the numbers. Some need to be so tall and BLOCK type letters.
Their 2 looks like a "z".

I actually picked those up in TN but everything looks like they have been very well maintained. As far as the numbers go the only thing I can find is that they have to be 3 inches tall but I think I'm going to keep looking. I'm not a big fan of the purple decals either so those will be coming off in the next week or so as well as painting the hood.

Does anyone on here know anyone good in Michigan with these 787 motors? Looking to have her looked over/tuned if needed. I cannot wait till the water warms up, this thing has been a huge headache since I bought it and really want to ride this year!

I wouldn't recommend base/clear. I'd use single stage. Something like Dupont Imron. Its strong stuff and would hold up better

Buddy get that middle ride plate extention off of that ski!! You're killing your speed and adding waaay too much lift the the rear of the ski. A waste! Believe me.

Hey flying is that a UMI bar on the stock neck if so can you take some more pics I'm looking at doing the same?
It's an aftermarket bar with UMI switches. I dont know the brand though. But it is on the factory neck. Ill snap a pic and post it in a bit.

The center piece or the whole thing?? I was planning on removing the center...if I'm ever able to get the damn thing going for a season haha.
