Thank you!
I just want to sit down with that, throw an arm around it and watch a movie or two. Maybe play kissy face if your not lookin' lol.
I know I paid almost 90 to ship my silver spx seat from cost to coast. My yellow hump seat from Missouri was close to the same and that includes $25 in packing materials plus the costs of the seats. It ain't cheap, but it you want to be a playa you gotta be a payer. I'll bet Braley has big coin into the seat on his orange ski.yea i know the other day when i asked about sending a seat. she told me it would be 100 to 150 shipping ONE WAY!! damn ...
No I have not seen that thread but now I wish I had. Please get me to it.
Yes my Carbon fiber X4 seat is the most expensive X4 seat in history. I'm not real proud of that but I'm forced to love it haha. If I had it to do over again I'd move the hump back an inch but I don't have it to do over again.
Thank you Rob. I want that bad. Fingers are crossed!
Finally picked up this seat today and got the ugly, worn out seat cover off of it. Underneath is an original seadoo hump seat cover in pretty good shape. The "seadoo" letters on the side are fading and it is dirty, but I think it'll clean up nicely. Now trying to decide if I should use it as is, paint it black with SEM vinyl paint, or get a jettrim seat cover. Suggestions?Might be an original cover hiding under here.... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sea-Doo-XP-...ash=item4d40b52caa:g:ScoAAOSwPc9W1kDN&vxp=mtr
Well it's not a mint seat that would be really worth preserving. There's a couple small gashes on the front and I'll probably find a few more blemishes on it once I clean it up. If it were mint I'd leave it as is for sure. Not a seat you paint, I'd rather see a jet trim on it
Well it won't be thrown out, painted is a possibility if I'm convinced that it will look good. Probably have to see how this looks on the ski first, as I have a black one on there now.I'd rather use it semi clean with a few blems, than painted our thrown out.
