XP number 2 is just about done, just need to wrap up a few things under the seat and install the Hydroturf then its ready for summer.

Got my el cheapo finger throttle to get 100% and also installed my new TTO!

Its the WPS I think. Got it for $38 shipped off eBay, but installed it only gave me about 70-75% throttle with it touching the bars! So I broke out the TIG welder and cut the front of the lever about 3/4 of the way through, bent it out away from the grip, then welded it back in place. Best part is, I now get 100% throttle right about touching my middle finger so I have awesome grip, and it sped up the ramp rate of the lever too so its even more snappy!

Oh and I obviously cleaned it up and re painted it. I also ordered some bars yesterday so they should be here soon so I can loose the goofy pad...

Lol yeah I thought it was going to end up higher, taking it off anyway. I guess I might have been able to sell it didn't think about that at the time. I hadn't realized how much of a following there was for these things yet!

For those of you looking for a good deal on handlebars, I found these Fly Racing bars on eBay for $28 shipped they are there steel ones but they are heavily powder coated an really glossy and nice! They fit perfect too! I got the CR High version for sizing sake.

Put the finishing touches on them today. I am pretty much ready for summer and to hit the water. Just need to finish up replacing one bunk board on the trailer, I ran out of carpet.

The whole dji line of quads are awesome. I think if I was doing a lot of water filming I'd get a mariner. Just in case it took a dunk. Hah! I have a bunch of cheapie quads.
