starting problems/running rough

I have a 2004 GTI Seadoo. Was having trouble starting at beginning of this season. Put on charger at 2amp overnight and it was starting fine for awhile. Went dead on the lake and got a jump start- now it is starting very slowly after a few tries and running very rough. Sounds like it is missing???(I am not a mechanic - sorry) (I also went through some weeds - would that have anything to do with it) The water is coming out front left still - if it was weeds inside would the water still be coming out? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

dont jump

its not a good idea to jump you could damage youre mpem

Never jump you seadoo with a running vehicle. It could surge the mpem,(Multi Purpose Electronic Module). I would first check the battery with a load test from like Auto Zone. It sound like it has a bad battery. Look in the jet pump for any weeds or debris that didn't come out and might be stuck in there.
