spark plugs and other things...

So just wondering as i start my season... general consensus on best items for basic maintenance items that i am replacing to start the year, and throughout the year...

2000 islandia 240efi

1) best spark plugs?
2) best fuel filter?
3) best 2 stroke oil?
4) best grade of fuel?
5) best fuel conditioner and frequency of add?

dr. honda?
or anyone else?

if i get no replies, i will probably replace with oem factory reccomendations

NGK or OEM recommedation, Fram (for a merc, I'm not sure), stick with OEM or Amsoil, Ethanol free, never use Sea foam in a 2 stroke- in a 4 stroke OK to use.
