Hi All

Tried starting my seadoo gti 2002 ski after rebuilding it.

Nothing happens when I press the start button?

I get the 2 beeps once key is installed so I assume it's seen everything?

Battery is good as I charged it up , also put the motor positive and negative on to battery motor turns.

I am assuming it's to do with the rear eletrcial box what is the process of alimnation on checking it?

I have wired it exactly how it was when I tore it all apart intact I only took the battery cable off the battery end left all the other cables as it and just disconnected it from the harness

Check your fuses.
I checked the fuses

Checked the voltage to starter solenoid from ground to one positive of the solenoid getting close to 13 v

Then checked to the other side of the solenoid and pressed the start button no voltage coming.

I put a short across the 2 ends of the solenoid and motor turned.

Does this mean solenoid is gone any other tests I can do

Do you hear the solenoid click when you press the start button?
are the small wires on the solenoid, getting a hot and ground to activate the solenoid?

Let’s try that again. Do the small wires going to the start solenoid have a positive and a ground to activate the solenoid, when you press the start button

Yes they do I will take a picture this eve and post it ?

Better yet could you post what it should look like?

Thanks
