Planning of the 2016 Two-Stroke Ride Weekend

I had a tire blow out on my jetboat trailer and that pretty much sucked. Until than I never thought to bring a Jack for the trailer. Had spare tire and no jack. I am glad i was like 5 miles from home so I dropped the trailer to go get it. That extra coverage from aaa sounds like a good deal. After that I bought 3 new wheels and tires.

^^ yup recstuff is the cheapest, Free shipping over $500. Go in with a buddy, maybe buy hardware and LED lights (super cheap there) and save on that shipping. They are out of WI, so they use a regional shipper for me.
 
I learned the lesson of no spare tire or jack for a trailer at a young age. My Dad blew a tire on our camper trailer. It was brand new, thought we did not need a spare or two. No spare or jack. It was a 4 hour on the side of the road adventure.
 
If Murphys law follows you everywhere then you know if you carry a spare tire and a jack you'll never need it. Thats the reason I always have a tow rope....LOL

I'm down for whenever. I was hoping to have time to go check out the Landing last week but couldn't get away from work. Hopefully I'll have time between Christmas and New Years

Not yet, been busy with the Holidays. I'm eager to see the place though. I'll scope it out before too much longer
 
That would be great, its a little over a hour drive each way for me. I'll still try to make it happen one day soon if Kawi doesn't first

I just found out the event I was supposed to go to on memorial has been cancelled. I do have an event the first weekend of June, but as long as we dont do that weekend I should be able to make it.
 
I will check it out saturday. It is only 10 minutes from me. The location is good, really cant get more central. Fun bars and such in both directions.
 
I should be home & free this weekend to check out the spot as long as its not raining

start telling the wife and the boss about the cross country trip to MN in August boys...it will be even bigger this year!
 
god i so want to be there! Adam looks like we both got the same idea, I just dropped 100 on it lol
