I saw a report a coulple of years ago about some riders breaking their necks. I can understand the ban because a lot of riders don't understand aerodymanics and how to properly land and the dangers of crashing into the water from the air. Kinda like hitting a brink wall sometimes.

i dont think the use of them is banned, just the sale of them. i have searched far and wide for internet proof that they are banned and have yet to find anything proving it. plus, last year i was on ky lake flying right in front of wildlife patrol, they never said anything to me. such a fun ride, exciting when you're flying 20 feet up in the air!

Our 2003 challenger 1800 sucked up a 30 ft of rope. We get the boat out of the water and luckily the rope didnt reach the impeller yet. We just cutted the rope away and it was done :)

We tried it a couple of years ago with 3 people on it and it didnt went right.
It torned(I dont know if thats a right word I used a translator).
We had that geting fixed, and didnt tried it for 3 years or so.
A week ago I did tried it again with only me on it. and it torned again!
Anyone knows what the problem is?

I have a small 50$ tube.

Most fun, most scary, most painful when you crash, but when it kicks you in the air, you just fly (and die)

I know of a couple lakes where I "heard they were banned". But My uncle's lakhouse in Ohio is on a private lake in a gated community and I know they banned them. But they are a private community...
