Ended up not being the check valve. I loosened bled and retightened the oil bleed screw on the pump. Been a while sitting and no bubbles in the line. I finally painted the hood and got it installed today. Gauges should be working... that will be a cool thing to have. Here are a few pictures. The skis keep my airplane company. He also has a little airplane night light for the dark hangar. You can see where my wife installed my number crooked. I think she did it on purpose..... or she is cross-eyed. LOL My ski is on the left facing the trailer. I really don't like painting. It has not been on the water yet for a test run. I can't wait to see if my keeps up with hers. Touchdown's everyone. Sure is nice when you get close to completion... anticipation and accomplishment.
