it will look so tiny next to the coffin sized beast i'm picking up at nammer's house thursday for matt.
the tow loops came in yesterday, he gave me a little break because I ended up ordering 10 and didn't charge me for shipping so I got them for 11.50 each (normally first one is $15 +3) I have several black, a yellow, green, red. He mention that his tool needs re-worked but they look great and he guarantee's them. The track record has been 100% on the forums.

Its 2am and Im still packing. crazy.
I did however fire up the miller about 4 hours ago and everything sounds good. I got one zip tie to add to it and it will be officially a work of art.
Im down to the last bit of crap I need to pack and I can head to bed.

I fell asleep early because I wore myself out crawling under the old Rover. I did everything I've been blowing off forever like differential and transfer case oil changes. I greased the drive line, oil and filter, washed out the K&N and now I feel good about the open road.
I didn't dunk the skis for that test though. It was 70 outside and the big water was flat around 4 so I felt guilty. I'll get it done today though. I put the HX across the front of the trailer, boy is that a tongue full! I hope it's not too long to go down the road sideways. It hangs over the fenders a good bit on either side.

Well I am getting pretty excited. My original plan was to stay dry with rain gear but I just purchased a wetsuit, I don't want to miss out on riding with some seriously cool skis because I am cold.
If someone can provide the fire basin I can bring the fire wood.

Just a heads up, went biking yesterday around the dam at the south of the lake, they are pulling water in a major way. The lake might be empty by the time y'all get there. Hope you aren't traveling a long way or anything.

Well the XPL is not ready. It's starving for fuel so I'm gonna have to work that into a good runner later.
For this trip I will bring the Big Red Racing GSX. I put the fancy Scat Track 144mm pump back on it that pushed me to 60 before. That was with Skat nozzles and now I have Westcoast but it should be close. It's a great runner but takes on a lot of water still so I'll have to yank it out at night. I should be able to dial it in with a couple short runs and then just add fuel for the rest of the weekend (hope I didn't just jinx it haha).
I ran the zebra ski today and it blew past 60 but the temps are still to high. I'm bringing another grey box with a MSD Enhanser in it so I'll either keep tuning or we will just have to not hold it WOT very long. Still, It feels good and will be fun to ride.
I'm taking tomorrow to pack. I have a long list but I can add to it if anybody has any needs or ideas(no fire ring found). I can only pop in and check the thread on a computer a few times throughout the day so please call or text me (850)259-1581
