1990 sp
took it out and it was bogging and skipping a lot for about 15 minutes, then ran great for hours so i thought it was okay. next time i took it out, bogged and skipped then stalled on me. towed back to shore and found 60psi in mag cyl and 155psi in pto. this is the second mag piston ive been thru and i cant figure out why its melted on the exhaust side of JUST the mag cyl. why not the pto too? pics:

anyone have any thoughts? i am so ready to give up ive tried cleaning everything to no avail. thanks..
