Hey all, tomorrow I'm going to go pick up my new 2014 GTI 130. I've never owned a PWC before. I've been reading the posts about breaking in for 10 hours, or what the manual says. I've seen you should do different RPM ranges and not do WOT for very long if at all for the first 10 hours. My question is, for the first 10 hours then do you not have any fun on it??? I've seen people say they only stay in one RPM range for 15-30 seconds. How do you get 10 hours at different RPM's and enjoy the ride if you are checking to change RPM's every 15-30's. So can you not do any spins and pop outs (I'm not sure what they are called when you have the tail end in and accelerate). Also, would tube pulling in the first 10 hours be a no go. I understand the need for the break in period, but I know I will use this kind of limited compared to most of the users on here I'm sure. I'm thinking maybe 10-20 hours a year. I will be bringing it on a family vacation pretty quickly after purchase, so I just want to know how much I can do with passengers and kids.
Thanks
