 Hey guys i keep having this problem every time i go out. I have a 95 xp 720. The three allen head bolts on the exhaust keep backing out and will even back completly out. They have lock washers on them and i fill the holes up with locktite high strength. Its rated to 500 degrees. With all of that they still back out every time i take it out. I do not understand how or why. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

What number loctite are you using? I think it calls for "242" but it is like $40CAD for a tiny bottle, I have had the best luck with loctite "248" which is very similar and i have a lipstick style tube that Brafasco gave me so it cant be that much. I have heard somewhere before but cant rememver where that it also could possibly be a misaligned driveshaft? Not sure how much truth there is to it. Maybe the more experienced guys could chime in.
