Hey Everyone , I'm Back With This 97 Gsi .iv'e Re Wired The Float From The Mid Hull Back To The Battery Box And Everything Inside .new Solenoid And Fuse .still No Beeps From The Float My Need Step. I Haven't Replaced The Coil.the Motor Does Turn Over .also Gauges Don't Go On As Well .

Be sure to check the grounds at all points.Why did you have to rewire?

Wires Were Broken At The Terminal Ends At The Solenoid And Coil Ends . At The Connection On Top Of The Battery Box The Quick Connent With The 4 Pins .red Pin Wire Was Off . The Box Had Water In It Over The Winter Float Run Last Year Late In The Season Around September

What exactly is the problem??? No beeps? No starter working? I'm not sure exactly what the total problem is. If you re-wired it, it might be hard to diagnose it with different wiring running from the MPEM.

no beeps .box was fill with water and when i went to place new battery in float .put dss key in no sound replaced solenoid .nothing then checked wires and ground .ground was fine then i started to trace wire from box out to the mpem wires from the solenoid and coil where coming off and wires broken off from the coil then i pulled the quick connect from the top of the box and one pins came off and stayed in the connector so that when i started from the box and to the mid point with new wires and connectors .it was the red pin that came off in the connector. i haven't replaced the coil as of yet.all the wires where matched and secured tightly .still no beeps and gause don't light up but the motor does turn over fine .hot wired .just like you would do on an old ford
