951 GSX Fuel delivery problem.

Alright put the new baffle in, system was air tight, took it out on the water and does the exact same thing. Dies out after full throttle more then 5 seconds. I put a 5psi check valve in the return line and that made it run a lot better, I could hold full throttle longer, but after 10 minutes of riding it started doing the same thing bogging at 5 seconds. Im stumped.

Pretty good indication you are too lean as a 5 psi check valve will cause more fuel pressure in the carbs. You should not be restricting the return line. For some reason you are too lean.

Either fuel supply, carbs, air leak...

Alright I'll keep looking thru the fuel system. The plugs are black. Not soaked in oil but they look fine.

Chased everything all over again and couldn't find the issue my guess is something internally in the carbs is messed up... I ended up parting it out so if you want any parts just let me know. Appreciate all the help!
