I've read a couple times in the forums not to have the battery hooked up to the ski while charging. Something about frying electrical parts.
My question is, does this only occur when using a regualr battery charger? I use a Battery Tender trickle charger on mine. I've used it for years on motorcycles, cars, boats, and now my two ski's. So far I haven't had any issues, but now I have some concerns.
Is it ok to use the trickle chargers with the battery installed an hooked up?
