Electric issue Utopia 205 240EFI

Good day Forum, I am having electrical issues with my 2004 Utopia 205/240EFI.
Here is the backstory. I left the the boats switch ON after cleaning the boa and connected the battery charger/maintainer. few weeks later tried taking the boat out and when I tried to start it the battery blew up. I purchased a new battery and the boat starts perfectly fine but now there is not power on the radio, bilge pump, fan, lights, horn. Checked fuses and they are ok. Is there any MAIN fuse or something else that might have been damaged? Were could I find an electric diagram of the boat? Any idea on what could be the issue?

Hi. On my Challenger 240efi... there are fuses on the engine (beside the starter), fuses behind the helm dash, and fuses as part of the battery shut-off switch. Perhaps you missed the shut-off switch ones? GL.

There is a wiring diagram in the SeaDoo service book for that boat. eBay- cd or paper.
Diagram for the engine in the Mercury service book.

There should be 2 fuse boxes under driver helm box.
